Food Bank of South Jersey Inc. Is Columbia Bank Foundation Grant Recipient
FAIR LAWN, NJ – February 18, 2020 Food Bank of South Jersey Inc. has received a $50,000 grant from the Columbia Bank Foundation to help fund their Health Pantry Education Initiative. The initiative is designed to provide clients with nutritional education, so they can make healthy food choices.
“We admire the work of the Food Bank of South Jersey and their efforts to help others make healthy food decisions,” said Thomas J. Kemly, President and CEO of Columbia Bank.

The Columbia Bank Foundation was created to serve the needs of local communities, and provide grants and contributions to organizations recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Columbia Bank Foundation actively seeks to provide support in six major areas: affordable housing programs, community investment and economic development opportunities, financial literacy and educational opportunities, health and human services, food pantries, and the arts.
